Description
experimental further.
This is my third time that I made these organic green tea ice drops to get the right texture & taste. So trial & error.
The texture is little bit crystallized(because I don't have the food stabilizer) but they taste really good
Just mix 2 cups hot milk, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream, 3 tsp. green tea powder(available in any asian markets/grocery stores), 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/2 cup granulated sugar(brown or white) in a blender or using your whisk by hand until the mixture becomes smooth and silky(no lumps).
Pour the mixture into the popsicle push pops / non-toxic popsicle molds. Place them in a freezer about 3-4 hours or until become frozen.
Make sure you’ve cleared enough room in the freezer.
